This halloumi has a firm texture along with the mandatory squeak and will not melt when heated in the frying pan or on the BBQ. Initially a salty flavour then a creamy slightly sweet flavour of the cheese comes through.Perfect for a vegetarian bbq, add to your salads, breakfasts or a mid afternoon snack! 

Made by Simon & Hellene Lamb at the base of the Kenepuru Sound with goats milk exclusively sourced from the neighbouring farm.

Storing this cheese: Once open store in air tight container
