We are NZ's cheese wholesaler. With our knowledge and passion we purchase cheese from small independent producers from NZ. After maturing cheeses to ensure they are in good condition they are portioned to order, to ensure ripeness. We work with producers to continue to achieve exceptional quality in the cheeses we select. 

We started in early 2017 and have supplied cheese wholesale to the best chefs, restaurants, wineries and bars in the country. We also supply some of these cheeses direct to the public through our online store.
