Made with whole cow’s milk containing only A2 protein from a local farm. New Zealand version of a french classic washed rind cheese. Rich flavour from the rind and buttery flavour through the cheese. Made by a French cheesemaker in the Upper Moutere, South Island. Winner of a bronze medal at the 2020 NZ Cheese Awards.
